For me, design is about connection — with ideas, with people, and with purpose. The same way I find clarity through movement or a deep conversation, I seek to create that same depth in the brands I build.

For over 15 years, I’ve worked across wellness, media, music, tech, e-commerce, and lifestyle — building brand identities and digital experiences that are both strategic and thoughtful. I’ve partnered with brands like Saje Natural Wellness, Kijiji, Blue Ant Media, and MTV to bring thoughtful, multi-platform stories to life.

I’ve lived and worked around the world — from Toronto and London to LA and Bali — experiences that continue to shape how I design: with curiosity, cultural awareness, and intention.

Beyond design, movement has always been a driving force in my life. I’m a former rhythmic gymnast, marathon finisher, cyclist, and 500-hour certified yoga teacher. I understand the relationship between form and flow, discipline and intuition — a philosophy that shapes how I lead, design, and connect.

I also collaborate with small businesses through consulting, photography, and creative direction — helping bring meaningful ideas to life with care and clarity.
